We continue to adjust our menu to reflect our growing season. Today, in addition to our Spring Vegan Rice Bowl (see description below), we'll be offering a Marinated Salmon Sashimi Rice Bowl: Northern Harvest Salmon marinated in miso vinaigrette, on a bed of brown rice with pickled cabbage, cucumber, daikon, edamame, avocado, seaweed, scallions, sesame seeds, and creamy Shichimi (Japanese chili powder) dressing. $15.95. G-free, and part of our FoodBank Fundraiser.
We also have our Barrie's Asparagus Fries with garlic mayo. $5.95.
Our Spring Rice Bowl has marinated white beans and French lentils, baby spinach, watercress, roasted asparagus, marinated mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herb dressing. Vegan, G-free. $10.95. And it's part of our Waterloo Region FoodBank Fundraiser! :)
