We've got a lot of customers at TBL looking for gluten-free options for sandwiches and baked goods. Our delicious gluten-free brownies fly out of the store whenever we make them. While we think the gluten-free bread we serve is an excellent product, there's no question that the texture of gluten-free products is different. 

This article gets at an interesting point: If you have to add all kinds of gums and other additives to make gluten-free bread more bread-like, do you really want to eat it?
